Daria Kobayashi Ritch is a fashion and portrait photographer working between Los Angeles and New York City. She was born and raised in Malibu, California by two artist parents who encouraged her creativity from a young age. After studying fine art at UCLA, she went to Art Center College of Design in Pasadena where she received her BFA in photography in 2015. In 2018, Daria was named a “new and emerging photographer to watch” by both W Magazine and PDN (Photo District News).

In 2019, Daria's work was exhibited in the Icons of Style: A Century of Fashion Photography show and her work was later acquired by the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston for its permanent collection. Driven by her desire to find people that resonate with her, Daria merges intimacy with the romanticism of fashion. She has cultivated a distinctive voice shooting for clients such as:
